  • Our first step focuses on developing a clear, individualized career plan tailored to your unique goals and circumstances. This takes place during the first intake assessment, which is free.

A comprehensive, long-term approach where clients purchase a package of hours, and you guide them through the entire process until they achieve their career goal. This works best for those who need continuous support, strategy, and accountability throughout their journey

  • Flexibility: Clients can choose one-time consulting or ongoing coaching based on their needs.
  • Customized Pricing Instead of a flat hourly rate, I charge consulting fees based on their specific stage in the career journey, while coaching is offered as a package with dedicated support.
